There was once a lion that had become too old to hunt other animals for food. When he came across a gigantic cow, his mouth started watering. However, he feared the cow's two sharp horns and did not dare to attack her.
Then the lion had a bright idea. He approached the cow and gently said. "Madam Cow, I must confess that I admire you a lot. You have such a fine figure and your head is so beautiful. Forgive me for saying it, but the two horn spoil your appearance. Believe me, without the two horn, you would be perfect!"
The stupid cow was so flattered by the lion's praise that she cut off her horn immediately. Now she became easy prey for the crafty lion.
MORAL :
We should not allow ourselves to be confused by sweet talk and forget to be sensible.
